Favor! Can you do me a favor?

Can you look down my right sidebar, at the bottom and find my button list?  Is it scrolling or just sitting there?  Would you leave a comment?

I have one computer that it is just sitting there and another that it is scrolling.  ??  I'm not an official techie so...

    Scrolling. I'm using Firefox, if that helps you figure out what is going on.

    Scrolls in Firefox but just sits there in Internet Explorer. Hope this helps.
