Does your child get distracted while he reads?

Do your kids ever complain that there is too much noise while they read?  Do they get distracted by other people or just life going on in the house while they are trying to concentrate?

This morning Double Espresso was getting ready to read and I knew that some distractions were probably going to interrupt his time.  

So, I found some white noise on YouTube and plugged in his headphones.  He was able to time himself with the video (9 1/2 minutes long) and it blocked out all noise so he could concentrate on reading!

Problem solved!
