My Mom and Dad went on a trip to Tennessee and brought home a great gift for the Espressos. They brought two African Dwarf Frogs. These are the cutest little things and VERY easy to care for! (That's good.) They are active in the evening and eat very little. These frogs swim in water but go to the top for air. They only need fed twice a week or so. That's about it.
There is a store in Chattanooga that sells these frogs. I think the name is the Teacher's Tool Box. It's $20 for the box, rocks, frog, plant, snail and food for a year. That's a pretty good deal!
